Problem site permissions in document library objects in Liferay 6.2-ce-ga2

Hello folks!

We've got problems with the Site permissions in document library in Liferay 6.2-ce-ga2.

I have a created a site with a document library and assigned 3 Users to this site (no special roles, i.e. no power user, admin,... )
User C I granted site admin rights:

A: site member
B: site member
C: site admin

When creating documents / folders following effects I observed:

* A portal (!) admin has got the options to grant access rights to guest, site owner or site member.
* A site member / site content reviewer can create objects with rights only for guest or site owner.
* A site admin has got the same options as portal admins: guest or site owner or site member

So a site member is not able to upload a document, which the other site members can see! Is this a bug or a feature?

But it goes on:
No matter what you (as a site member) choose - guest or site owner - Liferay portal sets the permissions just that site owner can see the object!

Does anybody have an idea, how to get around that problem so that site members can create objects in document library that the other site members could see?
