Quercus PHP versions within 6.2

I have 2 liferay installations:

• Liferay Portal Community Edition 6.2 CE GA3
• Liferay Portal Community Edition 6.2.0 CE GA1

There is a huge difference in PHP versions between them, resulting in a lot of not working code in the GA3 version.
Where can i find the JAR's involved with the PHP integration in Liferay and how can i change it back to the 6.2.0 version?
