Unable to see Facebook icon while using Social Bookmark

I have selected social bookmarks in asset Publisher but unable to see facebook icon ; only twitter and plus one are available . Please help

Hi Yashika,

There is a portal property that controls which Social Bookmarks that are displayed. Is this a local instance that you installed or a shared instance that is controlled by someone else? Perhaps someone has set the property to not display Facebook?

It's a local instance and also I have specified the following in portal-ext.properties file still unable to view Facebook icon , rest plus one and twitter are available moreover I have added Linkedin as well but only facebook is not getting displayed. :

social.bookmark.types=twitter,facebook,plusone

Hi Yashika,

Did you change the Social Books Display Style or Display Position through the Asset Publisher Configuration? If so, can you try reverting to the default (Display Style = Horizontal & Display Position = Bottom) and see if that makes a difference?
