can any 1 help me decide which job to choose

hi friends ,
I am from Hyderabad India,actaually i got good number of offers,but just want to find out weather i made a right decision .

1) offer from CTS (Cognizant technologies) :where i am developing plugin portlets ,ie either spring mvc or struts plugin portlets.which are suppose to be deployed on liferay portal server .i am not using any liferay api ,i am just following according to JSR 286 standards

2)CIGNEX ,my dream company ,where i will be working on some migration issues,and new project for every 3 months.

Which one should i choose currently i joined CTS ,but just want to know weather this plugin portlet(vendor independent portlets are usefull or not).


Actually i hav 1.3 years of exp on liferay ,i worked on full customization of portlets.

My dream is to become a Liferay Staff..


can any one let me know ,how can i achieve a platform to work with LIFERAy.
