Upgrade themes from liferay-3.6.1 to 4.3.3 .

I am new to liferay..

Currently In my Organization..we are using liferay-3.6.1.

and we decided to upgrade it to 4.3.3.

The problem is my liferay-3.6.1 themes are not working with 4.3.3

Let me know ..

what are the changes that i have 2 make in my themes to work with liferay 4.3.3

Pls provide me the documentation or links in this..

Pls I am seeking ur help in this...

It is very urgent..
