I want to see, how portlet.jsp works with my chat replacement. But if I open this file in Eclipse and trying to toggle breakpoint, it doesn't toggle.

How to do this?

Have the same problem. Eclipse not allowing to set breakpoints in JSP. Own portlet with view.jsp

The weird side that portlet project is created from Eclipse and has not been altered at all. No JSP debugging?

You're probably trying to set a breakpoint within the HTML tag. This is not supported.
Set a breakpoint in non-HTML line or insert a "<% %>" and try to set a breakpoint within. emoticon

I am trying to set a breakpoint in a jsp within <% %>.. but breakpoint not applying for the line.
