Disable the Add/Delete/Edit/Order page functionality

Hi All,
I created a custom them for my companies employee intranet (I believe that I started with the JEDI theme), and I'd like to remove the capability to Add/Delete/Move/Edit pages on the fly, so that all page operations go through manage pages. It looks like this is the behavior in the Brochure them, but not in the classic or jedi themes. Is there a flag, or something that I can set in the theme to disable this capability, and have the theme behave more like the brochure theme?

Figured it out...and how easy.

In the navigation.vm remove the classes "sort-pages modify-pages" from the main div.
