Which plugin template to use to show any images or run flash files or media on life ray

You can use web content or flash portlet. Since flash portlet is not included standard Liferay installation and I also would prefer the web content .. the web content is the best choice.

To create web content with flash with 5 steps.

1. Create Web content structure with field document library for flash content and 2 fields for width and height.
2. Create template for that.
3. Upload flash to document library
4. Create web content and choose flash
5. publish the flash.

Same pattern works with iframe, youtube, portlet, images and much more.
