Hai..David..May I know..Its been how long you working on Liferay Portal..
6 years, but I still learn something new every day

Pls..Send me any document..commonly should know by Liferay Freshers which will help me to
crack intro..on switch for a job in other organisation.

Like I said, it will really depend upon your development framework you're going to use. If you were to quiz me on JSF in Liferay or Vaadin in Liferay, I'd pass with flying colors. But if you were to quiz me on Zk in Liferay, I'd fail miserably.
I guess I'd cover two areas - Liferay development and your framework development. For your framework (struts/jsp, jsf, vaadin, zk, whatever), pick some things from standard interview question sheets (found via a google search).
For Liferay development, you can pick on some things that cross framework boundaries (i.e. the portlet.xml, liferay-portlet.xml, SDK questions, different types of plugins, etc.). A good one for Liferay developers would be to ask the difference between the Hook and EXT plugins, when you would use them and why.
