Cannot rename Webdav folder on Social Office

We have liferay SO installed (CE). Everything works great except the WEBDAV folder rename function.
Unfortunately the posted fix on this site does not appear to work for me or I am not getting it well.
What file do I edit and what line do I add to address this issue.Message is Cannot rename folder, name already exists..........
