Liferay Bug - Theme gets changed automatically

Hi All,
I am a newbie to the liferay and I am currently facing a problem where some of my liferay pages automatically changed to default admin theme.
We are sure none of us changed the theme to admin theme but however few pages occasionally are displayed in admin theme. To resolve this we are manually going to that page in the admin portal and changing it back to the custom theme.

Have anyone of you faced a similiar problem and found a solution? Can anyone of you give me any pointers to identify or resolve this issue?
Here is the liferay version that we are using:
Liferay: 4.4.2

Please don't hesitate to ask any information and I'll be happy to post them as well.
