Password does not export to LDAP

Hi everybody,
I have installed liferay with LDAP authentication. About user import, everything is right but my liferay portal does not export paaswords to LDAP. So when I change password, it doesn't change on LDAP, Can anybody help me.I need this feature.

are you sure you have
ldap.auth.enabled=true
(or set via the UI). Also you may need to choose between
ldap.auth.method=bind
or
ldap.auth.method=compare
