Web Content portlet normal window mode

Hi All,
I am trying to extend web content portlet such that it should open in normal mode rather than opening in maximized window mode when user is trying to create web content or edit web content.

I am not able to see its working when i change window mode from MAXIMIZED to NORMAL in jsp file.
It just opens in normal mode but not seeing ckeditor and other features of portlet which we see normally in MAximized mode.

I would appreciate your help.
