Hi Heu,

you should already be able to make suggestions to the Korean Language and the language leader would approve it. However, we currently don't have any Korean language leader. Would you like to be the leader of this language?

You would just have to review other people's suggestions for this language and approve them if they are right. We also require the language leaders to subscribe to the Translation Forums so that they are up to date with the latest news about liferay and anything related with translations.
