Customize control panel webcontent display view

I'd like to display custom fields in the webcontent display view in control panel. For example i have a "owner" field in my content, I'd like to display this.
And also want to make my content searchable by "owner", the new attribute of my content. Is there an out of the box feature available in liferay or does it need custom development.
