Friend Finder

In Home view it would be nice to have a feature to search for users by their last name, business email etc.. It would also be a good idea to list your current friends in some view so managing Liferay contacts would be easier. I believe this would encourage more community activity and provide further motivation for people to participate in discussions.

I recently posted that the list of your friends is now gone, but it used to be there. Liferay posted that they were going to work on restoring it, but finding friends can still be a chore...

+1. I really don't like the new My Home. As you've mentioned, there's no long a friend's list. Also, it's listing friends activities instead of my activities.

BTW, should have posted your question to A. Liferay Community - General forum instead of here because this forum is about recommendation to the software liferay instead of about the liferay.com community.
