JournalArticle Listener

Hi, I've developed a Listener to capture the publication of JournalArticle content type in a hook, as I need to capture its publication in the onAfterUpdate method.
Everything works fine except when the publishing date is not current, if we schedule a future display date we can't capture the event in the onAfterUpdate method. I've been trying to capture some of the events defined in PropsKeys class, or any other method defined in the BaseModelListener class, without success . Any idea on how to capture the delayed publication of JournalArticles?
