My Documents missing from dashboard menu

Running Social Office GA2. Seeing a strange behavior where "My Documents" is missing from dashboard menu with a blank (clicking on it brings the document library). Looking in the page template "My Documents" is missing instead blank space is shown. It makes me think the Language properties related issue. Verified files and they look alright and other menu items work normally. Any ideas what might be causing the issue?
