How to give edit permission for a user other than an Administartor

Hi,

I have a requirement in which I need to edit a Web Content.
How can I give edit permission to a normal user other than an Administrator.
There is a variable called JournalArticlePermission , how to give that permission to a normal user.

Hi,

Go to control panel -->Web content -->select you particular web content -->Action -->Permission -->check the update checkbox for user role.

I have implemented that in my code , not through configuration
