Not able to see list of portlets after adding non instanciable portlet.

Guys,

I am facing one strange problem where I am not able to add/remove portlets.

The mistake I did was to "add non-instanciable portlet" to multiple pages.

After this it seems data base is not recovering neither portlet tree is expanding from add option.

Please help me to get over this problem.

Are you able to see portlets in add portlets section ?
If yes , then when you click on link for adding any portletes, is it giving ay browser error.
Because it doesn't seems like the problem with instanciable and non-instanciable settings.
There might be other mistake you might have done.

No I am not able to see the portlets in Add section also. And this has happened multiple times (Once I started liferay(6.1) with fresh D

Now my only concern is how to recover.

1) I never accessed database (I am using HSQL don't know how to connect even). Hence nothing is done manually to corrupt DB.
2) What happens if this issue happens in production.

Please advise as I am sure I haven't done anything apart from adding non instantable portlets to multiple pages.

Also there should be a way to recover at DB level by adding/updating some data.
