Social Office: new users cannot create anything

Hello, I just installed Liferay Social office, but new users cannot create posts or pages of any kind. I have logged in as administrator but I cannot find how I can change the default user permissions such that they can create groups, posts, pages.

More info on my problem:
The admin user can create blog posts but not wiki pages. I see this message "Wiki is temporarily unavailable".

Not sure if this is related but I see some errors in the application's console. Maybe some of my problems relate to needing to specify an HTTP proxy? How do i do that?

I found out how to configure HTTP proxy for liferay Social Office: I created a file
system-ext.properties and added these lines

http.proxyHost=<your proxy host name>
https.proxyHost=<your proxy host name>
https.proxyPort=8080
http.proxyPort=8080
http.nonProxyHosts="localhost"

and put the file here
webapps/ROOT/WEP-INF/classes

So now i can download updates, but no fix to users being unable to create posts, nor to "Wiki is temporarily unavailable"

This is a bug that has been fixed with the next release of Social Office.
