Liferay 6.1 CE with Microsoft Active Directory LDAP issue

I am getting following error after LDAP configuration of Liferay 6.1 CE with Microsoft Active Directory:

09:29:03,223 ERROR [liferay/scheduler_dispatch-538][PortalLDAPImporterImpl:698] Unable to import user CN=Sample,CN=Users: null:null:{samaccountname=sAMAccountName: Sample}

I have checked forums for this issue and there are some suggestion but I want to filter those values for which relevant attributes are not set like email address. As all users and groups are not available under specific OU, I have to start search from top of the tree (e.g dc=mydomain,dc=com).

I am able to authenticate users and import respective groups successfully but due to this error after sometime it is consuming lots of memory and performance will degrade.
Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.
