Some general questions about sync

Hey guys,
here are some things i didn't find by searching the community.

is it possible to get the code for sync, to try to to s.th. own with it?
ist there any framework or bundle to get for xcode or iOS? (beside the app)
are there any good iOS-coding-tutorials?
