Whenever user add/edit a post/comment can display after admin's approval only.Concept is Admin can moderate users post/comments.For this new button"Approval by Admin" required.
I have to heartily second the moderated blog. That concept has been floating around here for a while. I know that we will NOT be turning on comments until they can be moderated.
