1) Allow the admin to configure it to allow guest to view it.
2) Allow the admin to pick which fields are shown. For example, I have a page that lists a specific group of employees who deal with the public. I need it show their first name, last name, suffix, phone #, and email address.
3) I have another situation where I need it show first name, last name, and physical address info.
