The My requirement is:
I have to create a portlet MVC that includes in its view.jsp all portlets dynamic_data_list_display with its logic and jsp service

I'm not sure what you're asking for, but

<%@include file="/html/init.jsp" %>

will include an init.jsp that's available in this plugin's docroot/html folder
