Administration panel missing

We are running 6.1.2 and we had an issue with our Ubuntu server to where we now have to boot to an older Kernel version, and right after this happened on our portal site we cannot get into the administration menu. Has anyone had an issue like this before or even know how to export everything to another server with the newer portal on it?

Christian: Two things to try:

1. If you have a liferay bundle (not your portal) copy 'view.jsp' from /webapps/ROOT/html/admin/portlet' to the same directory on your portal. I've had that work many times when this happens. If it doesn't see step two.

2. You can copy a fresh tomcat directory from a bundle over your old one. Bring server down and restart. All should be good. This would restore all admin libraries to original state.

That was it, our view.jsp must've been corrupted, thank you very much.
