Did not try it, but have you tried clicking embed on youtube which gives you an iframe snipped and adding it to the wiki page (in source code view of course)? IMHO that should work.
Just wanted to confirm that whether below plugin is useful! https://github.com/fonini/ckeditor-youtube-plugin It is simply a modification in CKEditor plugin of liferay.
