Problem with uploading document

Hi,
I have problem with uploading document. I integrate alfresco 4.2.f and liferay 6.2 successfully. I got Alfresco Repository in my liferay Document and Media portion.
When i upload any document in Alfresco Repository then document is store in alfresco. But when i upload my document any where else to Alfresco Repository for example i upload my document to Marketing Banner then document is store in liferay. But I want that document is also store to alfresco.
I want Any where I upload my document that goes to alfresco repository.
If i upload my document through custom portlet that also store to alfresco...please help me to solve my problem
How is it possible ..
