Hi. I need to configure a user group with privileges to: - Create user - Edit user - Associate user to user group
At this time, this user group can search users and view user groups, but cannot create/edit user or associate users to user groups. This user group cannot have the "Administrator" role associated cause it could open the possibility for the user to change the portal configuration, and it cannot be allowed. I tried to assign the "Power User" role but it didn't work. I think there is not a specific role that does what I need, so I think I'll have to work on permissions. So I ask you please to inform which are the specific permissions that allow this 3 actions. I attached 2 pictures that show the screen where you can see the "Create User" and "Edit User" missing buttons and the user group screen where you can see the missing button to associate user to user group.
Ok. I know that I'll have to create a new regular role, but which are the permissions necessary to allow those 3 actions? That's my problem!!! Can someone tell me which are those permissions?
The problem is that your version is so old, there's not many people around still familiar with it. I've used and coded for 5.1, but I honestly don't remember how flexible the roles were compared to the latest versions of Liferay...
