"Unable to write" Error while deploying a theme in deploy folder

hi,

ERROR [com.liferay.portal.kernel.deploy.auto.AutoDeployScanner][AutoDeployDir:186] Unable to write Sample_theme-theme-6.2.1.1.war

i tried to deploy a war file to the "deploy" folder of the server.but the above error occurring.

please help.

It seems like a "user" problem, do you copy the war file in the deploy folder with the same user that owns and start liferay?

but here, the user deplyed the .war file is having the root access.
