Job Schedule rin Cluster

We are using job scheduler in Lifery 6.1 . job is triggering everyday morning 7 am. Everything works fine no issues.

But In cloud system, job is triggering every restart of the each node. we dont want to trigger the job ever time whenever restarting the node. Is there any configuration to stop this?
