Documents and Media - table data is not getting deleted

Hi,
i added one folder inside the Documents and Media from the site Administration part.
(Site Administraion->content->Documents and Media )
and added some files inside.
the table get updated and values inserted.(dlfileentry)
but on deleting those files, i can see files are deleted, but in the tables, data is still there, only the title get changed.
is there any tables related to the same?
please help.

What version of Liferay Portal are you using?

Have you emptied the recycle bin?

Thanks for the reply.
i am using liferay 6.2.
i have not deleted the file programatically.
on deletion of the files from the control panel, any flags get changed in the table?,
or the table dlfileentry have any relation with other to flag it as deleted?..

Have you tried emptying your recycle bin? The problem you described suggest that you moved the files to the recycle bin but have not emptied the recycle bin yet.

There are multiple tables that are affected when you delete a file. But this info shouldn't be too relevant to your problem.

i emptied the recycle bin under the content tab of the control panel, the data removed from the table.
