Export Webcontent Articles to use with ResourceImporter

I need a way to export a content article (one ore more) as an XML document, and use it to import with resource importer.

For structures and templates this is simply copy of the source code. But for Aricles the only way I know is to export content of a page as lar, extract the lar and try to find the article I nedd. Then replay "&lt;" in "<" ... which is realy not practical.
