Liferay EE licence: patches and Hot Fixes

Hello,

We want to buy Liferay Licence EE and we have a question.

Are there any patches or Hot Ffixes wich are sent if we buy a licence?
I tried Liferay EE with trial licence and i found some bugs.

Of course, i'll take it only if bugs are corrected.

Yes Liferay will provide hot fixes and fix packs for Liferay EE users
this can be applied to our environment By this way

In fact, is there a service pack which correct all bugs known ?

I ask that because if we take this portal, we want a solution directly good and not asking HF or patches.
So, is there a release note of this service pack?

yes, what you are asking has the name of "Fix pack" and can be downloaded for customer portal.

Hi David,

I am a Liferay EE user and my experience with Liferay Support has been very good.

As an Enterprise User, you will have access to the Customer Portal where you can raise your ticket, get the clarification, get the hotfixes and patches on priority.

But I will leave it to Liferay Sales Team to comment more on that.
