I want to creation the form in back office of liferay without usiing the dynamic list data.
The usinig of XMl is the solution or exist the other solution?

IS there a way to create complex forms without going through the development

Hi Said,

if you don't want to use Dynamic Data Lists, maybe you can use some of the Liferay code generators for more complex forms.

For example, you can take a look at XMLPortletFactory.
