How to add dynamically portlet on the perticular page?

Hi All,

I need some help from all you experts.

In current scenario i want to add dynamic portlet on one page with proper layout. So i have the layout object and that page plid but what is the best way that i can add required portlet onto the page with portletIds dynamically.

Please share your thoughts.
