Liferay design advise on a new portal

Hello dear members.

iam new to liferay, and i want ur help in designing my new liferay project.

I have let say 4 websites called abc abc1, abc2 and abc3
I can access abc, abc1, abc2 , abc3 respectively via www.abc.com , www.abc.com/abc1 ; www.abc.com/abc2 ;www.abc.com/abc3
The main page of abc, abc1,abc2,abc3 is almost the same with different logo and different navigation.

users on abc can access abc, abc1, abc2 and abc3. but i need 4 different admins to manage abc , abc1, abc2 and abc3 seperatley.
and a super admin that can access abc, abc1,abc2,abc3.


what design u advise me, like organization, websites, usergroup and roles.

i really appreciate your help from you guys/girls .
