How to configure different properties file based on environment(Dev,Production,UAT).

You mean for portal-ext.properties kind of thing?

There's a command line parameter, -Dexternal-properties=blah-blah-blah.properties that will be loaded. So you can use -Dexternal-properties=my-dev.properties or -Dexternal-properties=my-uat.properties or -Dexternal-properties=my-prod.properties.
