How to work with service-builder concept in liferay IDE

Hi to All,
i am using Liferay IDE 1.0
with Liferay plugins sdk 6.0.4
i am able to connect database by using portal-ext.properties
but i am unable to use service.xml
where this file resides and how to use it in Liferay IDE

To create the service.xml file, right click your project and click New -> Liferay Service. The file resides under your-portlet-project-folder/docroot/WEB-INF/ folder.
