Liferay MS outlook integration

Hi..
I am using Liferay 5.2.3 with tomcat 5 on windows XP.
I have created a simple jsp portlet having some links. I want to know how can i integrate liferay and MS outlook ie when i click on the link MS Outlook's new mail page should be opened with to and subject filled with some content ie to= [e-mail] and subject="welcome to liferay".


Can anyone help me on this issue...

Any idea or suggestions are welcome...
