This is absolutely not recommended to use direct sql queries.<br />Instead you should use Liferay APIs to create communities.<br /><br />I really couldn&#039;t understand why you chosen the sql way for this!!

Yes, its a default feature in liferay.<br /><br />However I didn&#039;t quite understand what do you mean by :<br />&gt;&gt;&gt; Is it possible to load the content once to the structure and all the relevant templates will be updated automatically?<br /><br />Lets say you have added 4 WCDs to a page, and configured same web-content on all 4 WCDs, but with different templates (I mean 4 templates are associated with same structure).<br />And if you will edit that web-content from any place, data will get changed in all 4 WCDs (because its same content) as per your templates

If you keep your custom attribute property &#039;Searchability &#039; as &#039;As Text&#039; or &#039;As Keyword&#039;, then search portlet will automatically search your blog entries or documents in this custom attribute also.<br /><br />Goto Custom Fields &gt; and Edit your custom field to change this property.<br /><br />Or do you have other specific need?

Check if your browser have blocked some files (css/js) from rendering because of insecure content (this usually happens in case of not trusted https)<br /><br />Generally you see this in form of an icon in the right corner of url bar in the browser.<br /><br /><br />OR<br /><br />please check if you have same theme applied on your group &#039;/web/name&#039;. Maybe some different logic is written incase this group is renderd?

TagCloud is already an existing OOTB portlet in liferay.<br /><br />Also both blog and message board supports categorization feature in liferay.<br /><br />So you can add tags in your blog post and message.<br /><br />Maybe you can elaborate your problem/need?
