Copy pages from one server to other

Hi,
I am creating about 50+ new pages in UAT server. And I want to duplicate those in the production box.
Is it possible to move those pages from one server to other in liferay?

You can export pages to a lar file. : manage > page > export / Import or
Or all the pages in a group : manage > sitemap > export / Import

Another option is to set up staging between the two servers:

That's just the id of the community/organization that you want to publish to.

I am getting publish issue..

I am using liferay 6.0.6
I followed these steps for remote publishing:
1)In remote server portal-ext.properties I added this property

tunnel.servlet.hosts.allowed=127.0.0.1,SERVER_IP,X.X.X.X
tunnel.servlet.https.required=false

2)In main server control panel-->pages-->setting-->staging
--->under this I selected staging type : remote live
After selection remote live we can get three fields:
Remote host/IP:X.X.X.X
port : 8585
group ID: 10157
then clicks save button .

ERROR

ERROR: you do not have required permission.....

Where i am doing wrong..
Can you pls let me know regarding this..

Yes... Remote Publish or LAR export/import
