Update language template made lots of translations removed.

Recently language template was updated several times,
it added many keys,
and made lots of translations removed at the same time.

We may stop translation until these update processes are finished. but when is it?

Language template was updated on 2011/12/20 again,
and lots of translations were replaced by pootle as usual.

I think it's just a chicken and an egg question. If you want your translation to be included in the GA, do a translation in the Pootle. If you don't want to waste too much time translating, wait until the GA release and then do the translation and distribute the translated version.

Liferay 6.1.0 it seems is still in development and some messages are probably going to change until the GA is officially released.
