how to use the inbuilt portlet

Did anyone know the good links that how to use the inbuilt portlet its use and functionality ?

I am not sure whether we have any specific documentation mentioning each portlet's functionality.
But you can refer Administration guide for some of the OOTB functionalities.

There's a wiki page. It hasn't been updated for some time.

FYI, it seems EE users won't get additional documentations. If it's not there, liferay.com doesn't have it. You'll have to find it on your own.
