LDAP import sets User Custom Attributes to null

Hello,

We are facing strange issue with LDAP user import.

We have one custom attribute sets for user say usercode.

when we import users from LDAP, custom attribute value (DATA_ column in expandovalue) sets to null for some users.

This happens for some users only not to all.

please guide me as soon as possible for this issue.

Hi Vijay,

can you share your LDAP code and also the LDAP Attributes along with the screenshot for that particular user whose DATA_ Column in expandovalue) sets to null?

Hello sir,

As per my observation, when we manually restarts the tomcat, it's not updating DATA_ value, but when tomcat imports user itself (e.g. as per ldap.user.import.interval), it sets null value for user..
