Hide my places in dock based on permissions?

I am attempting to do the following, please tell me if it is possible (and if so how):
I have 2 organizations, A and B. B is a sub-organization of A. A has both public and private pages. Members of organization B do not have access to the private pages (I have configured this with permissions and roles) of organization A. Is there a way to hide the "my places->organization A->private pages" section of the dock for organization B users since they do not have access?
