I am seeking a strategy to implement a Documentation Archive where a backoffice apllication drops documents in a folder, by ftp webservice,webdav or so, and register this document to an specific user, usergroup, community in the Liferay Document Library.
and eventually a portlet showing the latest (unseen) documents.
Any one a Idea or known other solution?
