public pages for a user

I have few questions about public pages of users -
1. I created my profile on liferay.com and saw 2 pages auto-created by WOL - "profile" and "friends". Why don't I have the "blog" and "documents" like other users? How can I get them created?
2. Can a user control his public pages? As in, can he edit the created pages/ add new pages?

I'm talking about using my liferay.com profile here

I think only Liferay employees have blogs and documents. Also only admins can customize the public page.
