Live support for guest users using chat

Hello everyone,

I have a portal which must offer live support for guest users on the services provided by the portal, through chat.

Is there any known solution using Liferay to offer live support for guest users on the portal through chatting?

Afaik, the chat portlet can only be used by authenticated users, is it correct?

That is correct, so you're on your own for guest chatting.

I have similar needs to have support for Users not logged in. Did you find a solution
